I found this company on the internet and decided to use them as we were nearing passover and didn't have enough time to adequately prepare our home for the holiday. As is our tradition, we thoroughly clean every surface, appliance, and room in our home. I scheduled an appointment with the hope of having our windows cleaned as well.

I took the time to move things away from the windows to make their job easier. When about to leave my bedroom, I noticed my jewelry on the dresser and thought that I should put it away. At that moment, a young spanish man entered the doorway and wished to show me a broken grid on one of my windows in the living room while two other men entered my bedroom.

I only have three windows in my bedroom. Before I was able to return, the two men who had entered were now leaving and entering the kitchen area. I entered my bedroom and closed the door behind me when I realized that the three diamond necklace I had long ago inherited from my mother was gone. It was no longer on my dresser, where it was moments earlier. 

I checked the floor, under the bed...nothing. Suddenly, it occurred to me that I was home alone with three strangers in my home! I feared for my life! 

I called my neighbor and asked her to come over. As I was on the phone, one of the men was continuously peeking at me and began to speak in spanish to his companion.  I did not confront them. I just wanted them to leave! 

I thank G_d for keeping me safe and pray that no one else has to experience such fear inside their own home. 

I will never have them return. Please, be careful. Do not let them through your door! I hope to never see them again.
