They are  sending  me a  letter  to  an  adress  where I do not  live  3  years  ago,  trying  to collect  a  debt   of  a  Pay  Pal  card  xxxx0975,  amount  $200  charged   date  09/23/2017,  and   I  have  never  had  a  Pay Pal  Card,  and  that  is  not  my current  address  since  201

 

This  is  a  Deb  collector, according  to  their  letter  in  which the    stationary   paper  used  looks   like a  copy  of  an original  one...it  is  not  a  real  stationary   paper  for  that  company,  for  sure...

I  am  sure  this  is  either  an  ID  theft.
