MSI Credit Solutions Deceptive Money Back Guarantee Dallas Texas

I signed up with MSI in March of 2015. Their guarantee was a 50 point increase in our credit score. Our rep was Jameson Jefferson. After 6 months, our initial contract term, there was still no improvement in our score. He convinced us to continue with the program at a lower monthly rate. At this point, he never mentioned that our credit scores were at the same of lower or that there were new collections. We were told we did not uphold our end of the contract. They claim we had new collections reported and I left it at that. I purchased a new vehicle and was informed my credit score was lower. I asked about new collections and was informed all collection accounts were from before 2015. I posted a review and page post on FB, the post was removed 2 times and I received a call from them threatening me with a lawyer to cease and desist for slander. I explained there was no slander as I posted on a public forum that was open to such reviews. He continued telling me that it was because of new collections and state that my husband had a child support collection account that was new. HIs child support is not new and was there when we initially signed up. (and is also has a lower balance then the initial credit report)  I asked that He not call me back and he did. I repeated my request and another representative called me again. I informed her to only contact me via email or mail. 
They have consistently blamed new collection accounts as to why our scores did not improve the 50 points that was guaranteed. All the "new" collection accounts, were in fact, old accounts that were re-reported.
