So today I find out that without telling customers, mSpy has done away with call recordings and surroundings recordings.
I was STUPID enough to pay for a full year of monitoring and after not even three months of service, they do this. And all they offered in return for this was to extend my contract for a month or two?!
I will go everywhere I can to warn people about this company. The refund policies don't address this issue of the customer's rights regarding the suspension of major services and it was made very clear to me on the phone we are S.O.L. when it comes to mSpy.
I don't care they were involved in a lawsuit - just like they don't care they've taken a lot of your hard-earned money and not held up their end of the agreement. What's next to go?
Thieves.
So....THANKS, mSpy, for taking my hundreds of dollars in advance, then throwing out the most important features, including decent customer care.

I noted all of the negative replies regarding MSPY relative to call recordings and surround calling. In the beginning I was having problems because I used wrong download (there was/is more than one) and did not applicate the target phone properly. After speaking to some very patient staff members and taking my time while following written instruction, I had success. Sometimes I had to retrieve that target phone to update. Sometimes I had to send a code to it. My only frustration was having to retrieve phone to delete and download update. After accomplishing that, all was well.
I didn't use the surround calling although sometimes it would pick up between calls. The call recording was on point and only missed when target phone user erased call immediately after conversing or texting. I could see that had happened becasue I compared it to my phone service. It was also stated in writing that if target phone user erased data within a specified amount of time, the possibilities of notification, recording call/text may not be available. I found that to be true.
I have been a customer for 2 years with very few complaints. The only problem I have is hearing the other end of the conversation. The only time I can hear the other party is if it is on the speaker. While I would like to hear everything the other party is saying, what I hear via the target phone is more than enough. The tracking, texting, web browsers, photos, etc. are on point. I am sorry so many of you are having problems. I think the problem may have been easily resolved as when one is trying to input data without the knowledge of another, one is usually in a hurry and mistakes can happen. Plus the phone must be compatible. My overall experience is excellent. I am hoping they do not take away recorded calls, it really does work. Sorry for whatever reason it did not work for you.
