  Various Mugsite Websites have gone viral with the aid of Google.  They post mugshots of arrests of citizens and then extort them for money to remove them.  Without the aid of Google, who gives them prominent placement and generates considerable advertising revenue they would "climb back under the rock they came from"  Google hides behind the first amendment and the Communication Decency act and refers me to their privacy policy.  That policy states they will "do no evil"  or promote any unlawful activity.  Joel Stempler (see avvo website) will file a national class action in Florida to put them out of business and secure money damages for victims.  He can be contacted by googling the name or checking out his superb avvo lawyer rating.  You can contact me by phone at (((ROR redacted))) for information or if you want to opt-in to the class.
