 I called the company inquiring about the fees. We legally got a charge expunged off of a record and were told by our lawyer that we do not have to pay additional fees if we did it through the legal system and the state of Florida. We have previously done this for a friend a few years ago and had no issues having all information removed with no additional fees. When I called today and asked about the fees, the sales representative got incredibly hostile and started raising his voice to me and telling me that I have no idea what I'm talking about and that I was 100% wrong. I asked him multiple times to stop yelling at me and please stop raising his voice... But he continued to go on to a rant about how he was right and that I should get my lawyer involved and he doesn't have time for this. When I said I would much rather speak with a different representative, because I do need this service, he blocked my number. So now I'm unable to even use the service... On top of that we have worked very hard to seal this mistake. This now feels lik its becoming a form of slander because the charge no longer exists. -side note: my son was a passenger in a vehicle and was unaware that the driver had cocaine on him...I'm not defending my son nor his innocence, he is just trying to clean up his reputation...this was the first and only time he has ever been in trouble. This is now affecting him getting a job, him being able to volunteer with the community and other services, as well as being able to be a chaperone for his sons classroom parties.This was 10 years ago that he was charged.
