Multivend - Vendstar Multivend Vendstar Ned Weaver Larry Kaplan - Class Action Suit Forming - Fraud and Deception Deer Park New York

No need to elaborate on the fraudulent and deceptive practices of Multivend and their Vendstar vending machines. I am one of thousands that have been deceived by Ned Weaver and Larry Kaplan's company.

You can do a google and yahoo search to find the many repeated cases from victims that have been deceived by Multivend and Ned Weaver and have had their hard earned money stolen. This has happened repeatedly for several years

If you are considering buying even a single vending machine from Vendstar, please be forewarned of the thousands of complaints that have been posted towards Multivend/Vendstar, Ned Weaver and Larry Kaplan.

If you have already purchased your vending machines from these guys, then I am sure that you are searching for ways to recover your lost investment. Do not think that you are alone.

A growing group of ripped-off investors that have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars are currently discussing alternatives for fighting back and are very close to proceeding with filing a class action lawsuit.

If you are interested in learning more, you can do so by going to the Better Business Bureau's website and searching on Chuck Machado's Vending. If you have been deceived by Multivend Vendstar, Ned Weaver, Larry Kaplan or any of their fast talking salesman, do not feel alone. Seek out this group and join the effort.

I have talked with Ned Weaver and Larry Kaplan personally a couple of times over the last several weeks in an effort to resolve my issues and have traded numerous emails with Ned Weaver. However, he is unwilling to fill his fiduciary responsibilty as President and CEO of Multivend to try to resolve my customer complaints.

In fact, Ned Weaver, has been advised by his counsel, in fear that a class action lawuit may be forthcoming, that he should halt all friendly and professional dialogue with his customers. He does not realize that his unwillingness to discuss an amicable business solution only leaves the consumer with one alternative. That is, to turn to the legal system for resolution.

These are not meant to be threats to Multivend but rather the only alternative that a consumer can take to resolve one's issues. I have urged Ned Weaver to address my customer concerns, but he chooses, rather, to ignore the voice of the consumer and chooses to resolve my concerns through the legal system.

That is why it so important for those impacted by Mutltivend to band together.

A number of tactics to resolve existing Multivend consumer issues have been initated including contacting the FTC. Harold Kirtz of the FTC is in close communication with a number of Multivend's victim's.

Ned Weaver will reply to this email and of course provide his standard response that I am imposter, a competitor trying to do harm to Vendstar. However, these complaints about Vendstar have repeated thousands times over the past 5 years. Check the internet and you will find these same accusations against Multivend again and again spanning many years.

Ned often replies that he has checked his past customer list and cannot find any John Doe from Anytown USA in which Multivend has ever sold his machines to.

He, however, will check his customer list this time and will, in fact, find that Dean (Michael) Minotto did sell Vendstar machines to Rick in Michigan. I might add, that once your sale has been completed (after your salesman has provided you with his undivided attention), that it is impossible to ever get another return phone call from your salesman.

Ned Weaver, President and CEO of Multivend, underestimates the will of his honest hard working customers. He challenges us to take action - legal action!!

The next step should be Ned Weaver's. However, if no step is initiated by Ned, then I am prepared to take any and all necessary steps to seek resolution.
