The sales rep promises you a lot of views by positioning impressions in various portals.  They seem to do this but not in place that will get you any leads.  So positioning a technology solution on a CNN page is not veryuseful.   They do not position you in anything relavent.  Then the promise of who came to your website is not real either.  You get a company name and phone number of the website visitor.  So you do not really get a name or phone number or email.  That data is not particualrly  useful.

They promise an account rep how does not show up for meetings unless it is close to the time they need to collect money.

Overall probably an honest business that delivers nothing of value due to very poor execution and care on their side.
