Music123 Bait and Switch - Refused to honor purchase made on Amazon - Customer Service was dismissive and demeaning Internet

 Purchased a product and paid for it through amazon.Music123 sent wrong item, didn't offer to pay return shipping and only offered me a refund not an exchange as there was a pricing discrepancy on their end which they claim they are not responsible for.... When I contacted them they copy and pasted their return policy to me and were dismissive and demeaning in their communication... wouldn't answer direct questions and simply indicated that maybe I couldn't read well.....WTF? Well I hope they can read well enough to understand this review! They will be seeing it EVERYWHERE!Don't do business with these A-Holes there are plenty 'Reputable' businesses to work with!
