MW JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION Builder who doesn't stand behind their product... which turns out to be crap Lakeville Minnesota

We built our home with MW about 4 years ago. MW didn't notice that our wall in the basement shifted and did not pass inspection, they kept building. They had to stop construction for over a month until an engineer could figure out how they woud "FIX" the problem. Basically they covered it up.

Due to the lack of time to finish the house, they cut many corners. We moved in with a broken picture window, walls out of plumb, doors out of plumb, and huge humps in our floors. We were told they would all be fixed.

We can still see the outside light from our patio door, due to it being warped. We have a huge hump in our floor that was pointed out prior to carpet being put in...nothing was done...so they ripped up the carpet to sand it..which didn't help...now that i want hardwood floors done, its going to cost a lot of money for me to repair their buckeled floor joist that was pointed out prior to closing....

we also have a swamp for a back yard... we complained at closing, they said we could haul dirt to your driveway and you, the homeower can fill in low areas.... I hired a landscape specialist...he couldn't believe how horrible the grading was done...wouldn't even give an estimate, because he said I shouldn't be paying for this..

Oh..when they came to fix the broken window, my door was left unlocked and open, they had broken glass all over the living room carpet, and there was blood on my furniture...no note.. good thing I came home prior to my children seeing that...they would have thought someone was killed..

They have passed the buck on everything they should have fixed. I finished my basement myself and had to deal with the crap they left behind. THey didn not clean any subfloors, and the ducts were filthy...

I don't know a homeowner in our development that is happy with their house... they are cheaply built and they don't stand behind their product.. It is all smoke and mirrors....

oh...they did offer advice as to what to tell the people I hire...what would work to fix their problems!!!!! what nerve...
