I had closed out my Chase Manhattan account, but noticed today that I had been billed for $139.00 from MWI*galleria. I called them asked them why I was charged this, they told me it was a membership fee. They said I cashed a check they sent to me for $4.00....for 4.00!!!!!! I told them I did get this "gimmick" in the mail but I never cashed the check (I had it right in front of me).

This is a scam!!!! ...and Chase is right behind it!!! The man spoke as though he was from India, strangely enough I had recently recieved a call from Chase Manhattan, from a man who was obviously from India, asking me if I wanted fraud insurance!!! Is this a coincidence???? I think not!!!!!!! This is extortion in it's purest form... fraud insurance, better known as PROTECTION MONEY!!!
