My Advocate for Health $189.95 PLUS 3 + months without my insulin! Phone contacts only. I don't know

My Dr's nurse handedme the phone number for this organization when I couldn't afford the co-pay for my insulins.  I called when I got home and it has been more that 6 months of phone calls, payin $189.95 that a borrowed from a friend, constantly jumping through the companies many hoops (never enough) and promises and requirements that they were shipping right out and if I stayed home, I would need to sign for the refrigerated shipment.  Day after day brought nothing, waiting for this delivery mind you out of insulin (2) three months ago.  Type II Diabetes does not go away by not taking your medications.  The first Dr dropped me because I wasn't following her instructions!  Friday last, I ended up with life threatening, body crushing blood glucose numbers.  Now it's serious and my new Doctor, the hospital staff and I are not getting answers or shipment date/time.  No insulin, no $189.95.  Still life threatening blood glucose numbers, no answers!
