MY Community Legal Network - MCLN - Chuck Jones and associates ar the biggest ripoffs in Las Vegas, Nevada

I am ashamed to admit it, but unfortunately I fell prey to My Community Legal Network's scam.  Not only am I out $995, I am broke because of their lies.  Their come on was so attractive and I was so desperate for financial assistance.  My family situation had just changed and I was not in the best state of mind.  I am sure they could hear desperation in my voice.  They not only promised to get money for restructuring my home loan and/or having a portion of the debt forgiven through access to President Obama's money for homeowners in trouble or nearing foreclosure, they also promised access to lawyers 24/7.  I sure needed their help both for securing debt relief and divorce consultation.  They never once told me that you had to have either a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan in order to qualify.  They constantly reassured me, based on a telephone interview, that I qualified for loan restructuring.  I really needed this type assistance and, at the time, was not aware of other avenues available.  I truly believed MCLN to be on the up and up.  They got my money in  August 2009.  After filling out all the necessary forms they sent me, they constantly reassured that was all they needed from me.  Then I received a call from Mel Hughes (Foreclosure -- Ambassador), www.foreclosureresolution.org who eventually asked for an addition $295 to get a copy of an "Interview with a Debt Counselor."  I sent him a copy for free and I have not heard a word from anyone since.  None of the Internet URLs function anymore, nor does MCLN phone numbers.  Surprise! Surprise!
