My Diet Patches.com rip-off! Automatically charged my credit card. Tinley Park Illinois

I saw the ad for "free" diet patches, for a $2.95 shipping charge and thought it was worth it, until they left a message on my phone saying I was "approved" for purchase. I couldn't get through to them and I received the patches next day. I turned around, send them back, emailed them and called them. I was told they would credit my account.

I finally after weeks, saw the credit. It was $10 short of what they charged me, plus I paid to ship back to them! I had already called my credit card regarding this(which is suggested on this site) and I just received the paperwork to file a claim.

I emailed them again to credit me the full amount. Now I will wait to see if that happens. I have learned to read the fine print. The credit card I used is one I have exclusively for internet purchases, because I have bought several things online and never had a problem. Until now!
