TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I bought a Halloween costume 13 days ago and paid $70 with shipping and still haven't received it or received a tracking number. They don't have a customer service number to contact and they do not respond to emails. Save your money and buy from a reliable site because this one is awful. I needed this costume for a Halloween party next week and thought surely ordering it two weeks ahead would give me plenty of time but now I'm worried I won't receive it and they won't even respond to me to give me any reassurance to know if I need to try and refund my money and go somewhere else so I'll have a costume in time. I'm very disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews online first. The reviews on their site are definitely written by them and not actual customers.

Ordered wig to replace free wig from cancer society ….paid extra for fast shipping since i really just wanted to look NORMAL for an event I was going to go to but now am skipping ….. called emailed facebooked no reply …. Shut these dirty dealers down@!!!
