I filed for a "free credit report" which now with the new laws everyone is entiled to one free credit report from all three reporting agencys within a year. They state that they need your credit card number to charge $1.00 to your account to prove who you say you are. Well I never saw a $1.00 charge all I saw was a $30.00 dollar charge... so I then closed my account on 3/9/05 and then they charged another $35.00 dollars to my account after my account was closed. I tried to call the number above and got a recording but then when I said to speak to a "live" operator I got a busy/disconnet noise in my ear then I tried calling back and it was busy.
