The same thing has happened to me with the MyDietPatches... I have contacted my credit card company and awaiting response from them. I was billed on 10-31-04 and still have not received a product. I could not get through to their telephone lines for two weeks to cancel before they were to ship.

The information got a little missed up that I filed. I live in Pinson, Alabama where the patches were being shipped to my home address. The company is out of California. I was billed 800-911182 California on my credit card. I still have not received the shipment that I was billed for on 10/31/04. I had already contacted them several times to cancel membership. It seems as though no one is on the other end answering the emails. I cannot get through to them on the telephone # when I have time to call.
