First, I ordered the "free" sample and paid the handling charges. This order was never sent and therefore I had no information about being on an "automatic" shipment program.

A few weeks later, I did receive a 90 day supply of the patches - and to my horror - realized they had taken 169.95 from my account. That was 8/04.

I figured I would go ahead and try them since I had paid for them. They made me sick so I returned the rest of them in November. Thank goodness I did it return receipt so I knew exactly when they got them back.

Since then, there have been countless phone calls, emails and excuses as to why the refund was not sent.

It was nice to open their webpage to see they are no longer taking orders!
