My Diet Patches ripoff dishonest billing credit practices Nationwide

I cancelled my order within the first 5 days that the diet patches showed up because they wouldnt stay on. I called my diet patches at 800-901-1182, and shipped everything back at my cost. They said it would take up to 90 days to get the refund. Therein lies the scam. If you wait the 90 days, you forfeit your right to dispute the charge on your credit card. I found this out because after waiting 90 days, they told me they had a problem with the "other company" they use to write checks and that i should just call the credit card company back and dispute that charge. This was a nice way of them telling me that I was never going to receive my money back from them. The credit card company told me that you cannot dispute a charge over 90 days old. To make a long story a little shorter... to this day... over 9 months later, 20 emails, and about 25 phone calls I still have not received my refund. I called again today, and the company is no longer taking orders... maybe they were shut down???? You cannot reach them on the phone anymore. And the email response I got back today was....

"Hello, We ask that you use your right to go to your Banking/Credit Card institution to file a dispute against this charge. If you have any questions on how to file a dispute, your bank/Credit Card company should be able to walk you through it. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you and have a good day!"
