Back in November 2015, I started papers after seeing the ad for one time fee and the company would take care of everything.

Wrong! Absolutely no customer support after repeated attemps via email and phone. I requested a refund and had a responce none would be issued. After finally reaching someone, I thought that was the end. Wrong! Almost a year later, I get notification they are charging $24.84 a month! I am so livid! Save yourself some grief in what is already a stressful situation and don't go with this ripp-off company.
