myFICO.com MyFICO.com is a scam Internet

I signed up for a FREE 10 day trial.  On the 7th day I received an e-mail informing me to follow the link to their website if I wanted to cancel my membership.  I did just this, but a few days later received another e-mail welcoming to my new membership. 

I called myFICO and informed them that I had followed the prompts on their website and cancelled my membership before the 10 days had expired.  They told me they had no record of this.  I told them that I did not want the membership and to not charge my credit card.  They refused to do this.  

I spoke with a supervisor who said her name was "Monica".  She was very rude and refused to let me speak to her supervisor.  She refused to give me any information about the company other than it was located in San Rafael CA and that it was incorporated in the state of California under the name FICO.  

Please do not get fooled by the 10 day trial membership.  This company will take your money any way that they can!  And their memberships are billed in 3 month blocks, so you end up getting screwed for three months instead of one before you can cancel!
