On November 17 and 18, 2009, I purchased 5 Kota Triceratops Dinosaurs from this company for the amount listed on their site. I received emails on each dinosaur stating that it had been shipped and I was given a tracking number on each one that wasn't a good number for any shipping company. After a couple of weeks, none of the dinosaurs had reached their destination. I called several times and each time I was told that Michelle was working on it.
Finally on the third week I was told that the monies were being refunded to my credit card account. Three of them were finally refunded on December 8, 2009. I have called several times and Faxed copies of all the information on the two other dinosaurs, but no one returns my calls or responds to my Faxs.

They finally refunded my money.

On February 21, 2010 my money was refunded. It took 2 months, but I finally received my money back. I don't know if it was because of the Rip-Off report or not. They never responded to my calls or emails. The money just reappeared in my CC account. I just wanted to let folks reading my complaint to know that they did make it right.

If you have yet to do so, call the credit company and dispthe charge, and they will assist in getting your money back.
