On 6/11/13 I made an online purchase thru MyGofer.com,  on 6/18/13 UPS attempted to deliver, I was unaware that a signature was needed, had I known this , I would have had the items sent to my job,

I called UPS to see if I could either have the items re- routed to my job or allow me to pick them up @ a UPS location, UPS could  not do anything because Sears had put a shipping restriction on my order which I found strange because it was only for women shape wear, I called Sears to see why was there a shipping restriction in the first place for women's shape wear and  if they could lift the restriction so that I could either pick them up at one of their store locations  or have it sent to my job because there was no one to sign for me at my home and I WORK, only to be told that they can’t do it, here I am making all of these calls to sears speaking with NUMEROUS employees, including case managers CONSTANTLY REPEATING MY SELF EACH AND EVERY TIME,  since they refused to lift the shipping restriction, I had to wait for ups to make 2 more attempt deliveries, which they did, the items were cancelled, I had to wait for them to be sent back to the warehouse, in which ,Sears warehouse had  received  on 6/26/13 according to their records, now sears tells me that it will 5 business days before they can refund me, 5 days had passed, no refund, I call on 7/2/13 to ask where is my refund, AGAIN SPEAKING TO EMPLOYEES & CASE MANAGERS, this time they tell me that they will process on 7/2  and I will have to wait 3 – 5 business days, still no refund, AGAIN I CALL BACK  on 7/9/13 , just to be told that they don't know what could have happened and  will have to send my case to the research department to be investigated , & they will contact me in YET ANOTHER 24 – 48 HRS UNBELIEVABLE! on 7/11/13 still no refund and no answers, now I they are putting me on hold for long periods of time, and when someone finally comes back on the line, in mid sentence the call KEEPS strangely dropping, I have even called the Corp. Headquarters, (DON'T BOTHER CALLING) the young lady that answered was not only rude and abrupt, she said" call customer service we don't handle this here" then she hung up in my face.

 That is more of UPS' fault than Sears. Sears has absolutely no control over delivery, for some reason customers keep making the mistake that they do. You need to get in contact with UPS more than Sears. Ive ordered multiple things from sears and they always leave packages on my porch, even very expensive things, UPS can make it where you dont need a signature. You're blaming the wrong company, as most do.

 Sounds more like youre just mad because Sears wont give you your way then any ripoff or scam. There has been a issue and it appears as if Sears is doing it due diligence. Unfortunatly EVERY business has policies and procedures and those take time. Maybe wait to post untill Sears ACTUALLY rips you off. Otherwise this post just reads "waaa waa I didnt get my way so im going to say bad things about them".

As for them hanging up on you, Im 100% sure you were not on your best behavour while on the phone with them. Secondly, the reseptionist was correct. There was NO REASON for you to call. YOU FELT YOU COULD GET YOUR WAY BY CIRCUMVENTING THE PROCESS. Guess what, the corporations have gotten smarter. They realize that consumers are petulant spoiled children. And they no longer choose to deal with those children. They have a customer service department. They pay those ppl to do that job. Just because you dont FEEL that your getting what you want from customer service, is no reason to try and go around the system.

Maybe realize that you truly ARE NOT the center of the universe and come down here with the rest of us mere mortals. Its muddy and dirty and highly unfair, but its life.
