We have called and emailed them a dozen times over the past two weeks and have yet to receive a reply.
Totally unprofessional behavior. WHAT A SCAM.

We have not been contacted by this customer since our last rebuttal on 11/1/2007. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to speak with Ripoff victim personally about his concerns. On the other hand, if RipoffReport.com users are wondering if our company really operates this way, we're also glad to have the opportunity to tell our side of the story!
MyHouseDeals.com has been connecting real estate investors, buyers and sellers with great real estate deals for almost three years. Over 6500 active members buy and sell through our website nationwide. We offer a 30-day trial, absolutely free of charge, to all new members before their memberships switch to billing mode.
Members are only billed if they don't request cancellation before the 30-day period ends. Sometimes members forget that they registered with us and they don't cancel before being billed; other times, they are unsure what period of time is actually covered during their 30-day trial period. That's understandable for example, August 22 to September 22 seems like it would be 30 days, but it's really not! If a member registers on August 22, his 30th (and final) free day would be September 20 - billing would begin on September 21 if he didn't cancel on or before the 20th.
If new members don't cancel their memberships prior to the end of the trial period, they are billed for a month of access/service at the rate they selected during registration. Cancellation requests are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt and can be sent via e-mail, phone, fax, or regular mail.
Speaking of communication from members, we archive all voice mail messages and e-mails from members on our server. When a question about a member's account comes up, our support team is able to search for records on the account three ways: by member name, telephone number, and e-mail address. We also maintain a notes section in the administrative area of the website for each member's account; we use that to keep track of changes made to accounts, cancellation requests, etc. Whatever communication Ripoff victim had with our staff is on record Ripoff victim, please get in touch with us so we can look at your specific account! We'd love to clarify any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
