The web site seems to be very useful. However, it is very hard to reach LIVE to them and their 800- number changes a lot. That makes me nervous. If you can not talk like at any time, I do not want to deal with. That is not a good sign

Paul, you said, "This complainant is correct - you cannot reach anyone on the phone and they do not return calls.  Not a proper way to run a supposedly legitimate company." Paul, we sincerely apologize for the trouble you've had in reaching us. Although the fastest way to reach us is through email, we do our best to return all calls as quickly as possible. Would you mind telling us which number you called and whether or not you left a message? The approximate date and time you left the message, as well as the number (last few digits) that would've shown on our caller ID would also be helpful. We want to track down that message to determine why it was overlooked.

This complainant is correct - you cannot reach anyone on the phone and they do not return calls.  Not a proper way to run a supposedly legitimate company.

We use a popular nationwide company to manage our phone system, and they had technical difficulties for approximately two days. George (the many who filed the report), called during this time and was naturally concerned. He did, however, reach us via email. After receiving his email, I personally called him to apologize for the inconvenience. He appreciated the call, and we went on to discuss matters related to the real estate and mortgage industry at some length. Before we ended the conversation, he informed me that he would subscribe to our highest level of service, which is Premium Elite. George also updated this report to indicate that I called him and addressed his concerns.

The owner of the website, Doug, personally called me back and explain about the problem that they have with their phone company. He was nice and very cooperative. I will definitely use them. I would encourage every one to use them.
