After signing up for their 7 day free trial and wanting to cancel before the end of it, I've TRIED & TRIED to get ahold of someone at their "customer care (don't care) number". (They provide 2 toll free numbers to call)  LONG, LONG wait times, and then finally you hear a CLICK... and they DROP THE CALL.

I've attempted to call them 6 times and I've held on the line forever, - only to have my call dropped off after 25-40 minutes of holding & listening to their BS advertising while in the queue.
