Wanting to up-date my resume in June 2013 I ventured on-line and up pops Myperfectresume for just $3.95. I viewed the site, it seemed legit. Step by step thur instruction my resume was done, printed it out and left the site. In July 2013, checking my bank statement noted that a charge for $19.95 was payed to Livecareers. I called, spoke with operator and stated I never signed up for continued services and would like a refund, she apologized, stated she cancelled service and refund was made. In August this time it was a charge for $34.95, called a spoke with operator, again apologizing, stating that service was never cancelled and this was a ligit charge and she would cancel and refund said monies but, they did not. Now, this month, September, another charge for $34.95 was taken. This time the statement were the same, never cancelled service, ligit charge and so on. This time the operator asked if a n e-mail was sent to confirm cancellation, No was my answer. Operator states you have to get a e-mail to confirm or the transactions continue due to the information on file, no refund can be made because ther was nothing in the file to confirm a cancellation. She then gave a confirmation #1350632861 and state she would send a e-mail to confirm. Never got the e-mail, called 1-855-213-0348 and got a recording that lasted 15 minutes.What a rip-off for people who really need help.
