Reproting Mypoints because they have awful customer service .They say it may take 2-7 days and maybe 30 days later you hear back and its usually generic .Reported them to the BBB also and survey police but nothing yet .

JUst want them to up their customer service and actually read the emails you send them .

Fed up trying to get them to do the job they have to do .
