Mypoints Will not respond to my request for points I earned, Internet

I am a member of Bzzagent and they sometimes give you mypoints for frogpond things .
Well I always checked the accept button right away ,never giving it a second thought of what this Mypoints was.
Then one day I was reading another forum board about it was then I realized what those points were to be for .
So I checked out mypoints and I never saw the points I earned from bzzagent anywhere in my account .
I emailed them but I only got a generic response saying I had not connected my Bzzagent to mypoints and to contact bzzagent .
So I emailed Bzz and asked and they informed that I was connected and should have 236 points from them in my account .
I then emailed mypoints and told them this info 

All I ever get from mypoints is these auto replies .They keep saying that either I am not connected and its bzz 's problem or to click through something and contact about the specific transaction .
I have been trying to get these points since January with no luck .
Plus even though they say it will take x number of days they still never reply .
I even copied the email I got from bzz proving that they said I was attached and I get a generic email from mypoints.
I am at a loss I cannot find a phone number to get this cleared up .
Is there a mailing address ?

I do not know how to get them to stop sending generic replies and get a real answer .Any ideas ?
