myshedplans Miss leading advertising

Based upon this very slick internet advertising for 12000 varioius storage shed design floor plans I purchased the basic and one additional package refered to as the "VIP Permium Package"

Downloaded and opened the various files they sent, lots of what I would call useless stuff.  I could not find a single detailed storage shed design floor plans much less what was outlined on the internet pitch.

Submitted an online support ticket requesting the floor plans and designs I paid for.  The support ticket indicated they reply to all tickets within 48 hours.  I checked the status of my support ticket today 3-9-20.  

My support ticket status was changed to RESOLVED.  I double check my inbox and the spam folder, nothing.  Upon further review of the inbox, I did notice several new emails linked to a Utube video showing a person building a storage shed.

Recieving a Utube video watching a person build a storage shed instead of recieving 12000 storage shed design floor plans is not what I paid for.   I think it is fair and reasonable to characterized this offer as a bait and switch sales pitch?
