My Shed Plans MyShedPlans, Complete ripoff !!! Racket/Scheme-& they are set up so you can't get any results or resolution in my experience Osterville, Massachusetts

This company & Ryan is a ripoff...& they could care less about "customer service".  In fact, as far as I'm concern, they do not have it and that's part of the scam... 

  He bombarded me with emails everyday, and sent me a "Free Trail" offer... It stated that you could view his shed plans for 7 days... that you would have to give them your credit card info, but it would not be charged until at the end of the 7 day free trial or I could cancel/refuse the offer and not be charged.  When I applied for the free trial offer (1/21/10), I was unable to download the offer due to computer issues.  I then tried to email them for help.. I got a email back saying go the their customer service site and file a ticket (this is their way to screne problems) I filed a ticket and SEVERAL days later I got a reply saying essentially "try again". By this time & due to the sorry customer service response & reply, I realized this was a shady company and emailed them & filed another ticket to cancel my trial offer and do not charge me.  No response... even to this date 3/20/10, I have filed two new tickets and I have never heard from anyone. When I go to their custmer service site.. it still shows my two tickets as "In Progress" with NO RESPONSE. I have copies of all this info but can't see where to include it in this report...

Also, I checked my bank account and low-and-behold, my card was charged the day I applied for the trial offer... Yet they said it would not be charged until the end of the trial offer. Another Lie !!!!  

There is no way to get in touch with them to get it resolved.. no phone number, just their "controlled" ticket process and they just ignore you. They have charged my account $29 and as far as I'm concerned, they stole it.  Is there any way to stop this guy and his company from stealling like this...? Something needs to be done...
