My Shed Plans Ryan Henderson No refund, no CD, they kept the money, won't answer, Internet

I ordered the downloadable version of the plans and also the CD version. When I saw the plans, I cancelled the order for the CD and asked for a refund. I also asked for a refund on the downloaded version as I could not see anything I would want to use. After a month the CD has not arrived and no money has been returned.

I get messages from "Ryan" asking me to spread the good news about his wonderful plans. The plans seem to come from many different sources with no common style. Many of the plans are for simple items as would be exercises for school children. There are a few furniture plans which are very old fashioned and devoid of style. Some plans are detailed, others not so detailed. For some reason I find looking at the plans rather depressing and have not found any that I would like to use.

I suspect any refutations of these complaints emanate from the marketing machine of "Ryan"s - for instance, search engines bring up web sites entitled "My Shed Plans - is it a scam?" but it is just another way into his web site. I have filled out two "ticket"s complaining about all this, and get a computer generated acknowledgement but that;s the end of it.
