My Shed Plans Ryan Henderson FALSE ADVERTISING-NOT honoring promises Osterville Massachusetts

On 08/20/15 I recieved an offer for a free seven day examination of building plans and woodworking information.  Payment was not to be taken for 7 days and if I did not want the plans, I only had to send an e-mail.  That very day, Paypal was debeted for my $29.97.

A reply to My Shed Plans e-mail was rejected, To send e-mail you must sign up as a member,so I did so.  An administrator has set the registration site, so no further sign-ups are to be accepted

 I have since filed a complaint with Paypal to stop the payment as the plans were no different than I had in my files from another souce several months ago.

I found a partial physical address at the bottom of their advertising e-mail so researched for what I believe is a complete address and mailed a letter via USPS 08/22/15.

I tried again at this point of signing up for membership an additional 5 times at different times of the day and different days. Still message no additional members are being registered.

This was definately FALSE advertising, and if it were a local merchant the BBB would immediately be involved.

As a warning, do not believe anything Ryan Henderson of My Shed Plans offers you.

I used Paypal hopefully to protect myself, but they are "investigating" and the only other time I questioned a guarantee thru Paypal they said I had no claim, so we will see.
