I placed an order with Mysmallclaim.com for a small claims court case in
San Diego County. Like a previous review, they served the wrong
defendant, causing me to have to get a continuance to a later date. They
also stated they had a process server attempt to serve my claim 3 times
with no success and told me to get another continuance. I complained
and stated I wanted a refund but they were quick to defer blame to
myself for what I don't know. They also stated they are not attorneys
and said show up to your hearing so that you get your judgment. This is
definitely not a legit businesses as this same company used three
different names previously. Beware, do not place any orders with this
shady business. You will lose more money and time if you do.
