I have also posted this with BBB and want my comments to be read.

I hired MySmallClaim.com (Mike Smith) last Sept 2011 to help me with the details of my case against AHS & AAR Appliances regarding a breach  of Contract. Mike Smith took $255 for their service with a 100% Money  back Satisfaction Guarantee Mike told me that $255 is fully recoverable, if I win the case. This turned out to be lie since Court said that maximum that they will reimburse is $75, the filing & service fee. I have spent several hours with Mike or Eric about the
case since they appeared to be totally ignorant & clueless . I instructed them to file the case in OC Superior Court since the case in point took place in OC. Instead they filed the case in LA. I sent a letter to change the venue (All copies of correspondence are with me). I was suing AHS for breach of contract for repairs. Mikes office went & served AHS without the required Name & Title of officer receiving the court service.. They got a signature from someone working for AHS..

On court date of Oct 31, the Judge dismissed the case saying that the service was done without the proper title & name of the Officer though the FORM is very clear on this. I paid $15 to postpone the hearing. This saved a $35 charge. I called Mike & he answered that the Judge DOES NOT KNOW what he is doing!! I am demanding that my money of $255 be returned & fairly compensated for the time for numerous hours of correspondence, telephone calls etc. We have to make
this outfit comply with law.
