Myworldplus. Is a company advertising what seems to be a great idea. Register, get a card to make purchases at stores and online and use coupons to save money and commission by adding more people to your circle, doing what you do anyway. Shopping. So far so good.

After showing initial interest I was bombarded with emails telling me how many people had joined as "pre enrollees" after me and that yet another check was waiting for me as soon as I registered as a full member.
Registration fee and first month membership $69.00. No matter, you'll get that back through all the savings you are about to make!

Immediately after joining you get the message: In order to take real advantage of the offer, save at least 20$ within the first month using the coupons and get two people to join.
Reality.
1. It would appear that although MyWORLDplus is advertised. The benefits only apply to residents of the USA.
I clearly stated that I was a UK citizen prior to joining and again clearly requested if the opportunity was applicable. I was assured that worldwide meant just that.

2. I intended to add advertising banners to my websites. On looking I found that it was impossible to add personal affiliate details into the links, that means for the non website owners that when anyone clicks the banner to register, the link goes straight back to the myworldplus landing page thus denying you any commission for any persons registering from your site. All contact from me regarding this matter have been ignored.

3. Neither card or coupons have been issued making it impossible to reach the target of savings etc within the given time frame.

4. I made contact with the person who was supposed to be my "upline" He was supposed to offer advice and support. He had absolutely no idea.He made the mistake of answering my email containing the response that he had received from "member support" The content made it perfectly clear that they had no interest in providing support and told him that I should listen to the live pep call in. Now I was supposed to call USA from UK (was advised to call early) and listen to some some guru telling me how fortunate I am.

Stay clear and save your time, money and patience. It is a disgrace that flimflam artists like this are allowed to get away with it.

If you are one of the unfortunate people who have been conned by this vermin and are getting no response in trying to get your money back. May I make a suggestion. If you paid by direct debit you are covered by the direct debit guarantee and should notify your bank including all the details in order to get a refund. I would recommend that you contact your bank or credit card issuer anyway and make them aware of the situation. I did this and got my money back. Scam artists like these work on the premise, that because the amount taken is not massive, that most will just write it off as a bad experience.
Don't let them get away with it.

I have looked at other companies advertising the same idea and who charge nothing. Go with one of those and learn from my mistake.
good luck

myworldplus-discount card

AUTHOR: Aliyyah - (Ireland)

POSTED: Sunday, July 20, 2008

Hi, i would just like to add, i live in Ireland and i have received the discount card from myworldplus....it took about 3 weeks after i signed up , so i dont know why you didnt receive it in the UK,

However i would like to add that yes as international members we were misinformed before signing up, there are very very few places listed where i can use this card here in Ireland, so its worthless to me.

Its true that there are many companies who offer discount vouchers etc for FREE.
