I am yet another person who ordered a nail polish from Nail Sauce. This was supposed to be her final restock of Space Junk. I didn't even do a pre-order. I placed my order in September, and I didn't expect to wait so long that I would forget about the polish!

I don't use Instagram, so when I searched for a way to contact Felicia (the seller), since she hadn't been on the Facebook page for her store in months, her BigCartel site was shut down- to my dismay, the first thing I found about her was a Ripoff Report! She hadn't posted an instagram update other than one stating that she had been "attacked" 3 weeks ago and she was no longer responding to KiK messages or emails due to customers being so mean and nasty to her (professional, right?)

I ended up having to contact my bank to do a chargeback to get my money back, because this is way beond the 45 days to file a paypal dispute- although she had stated that she was sending SOME People their orders, along with extras to reward their patience. I have tried emailing Felicia, I have tried contacting her on kik and instragram, neither of which I previously used and had to go out of my way to set up accounts, just to be completely ignored! Not to mention she is claiming that she shut down her Big Cartel shop to "Work on orders temporarily", but when I emailed them myself to see about getting money, this is what they told me themselves:

I'm really sorry about that. That seller's account has been locked due to nonpayment, so she's no longer using Big Cartel. And unfortunately we don't have access to our sellers' PayPal accounts, so we don't have a way of issuing refunds on their behalf. Your best bet would be to contact your bank or credit card issuer, whichever you used to complete your purchase through PayPal's checkout, and request a chargeback. Even though it's too late to get PayPal involved you may still be able to get your payment returned via chargeback.

So how can I give Felicia the benefit of the doubt or believe her?  BUYER BEWARE- she is a liar and a thief!
