I would like to report Nala Grace Bows (www.nalagrace.com). They are a scam and a fake business with two different locations listed. I placed an order on 12/31 and to this day have never received it. All emails and inquiries into finding out what happened to my order have been ignored repeatedly. I was finally able to get my money back through Suntrust, as I used my debit card. A quick search of the company online and I discovered there are numerous others who weren't as lucky. There is no excuse to steal someone's money with no intention of fulfilling the merchandise. Please help me put these con artists out of business and save others from being hurt.   

This person or persons need to have their website taken down and be arrested. It is not acceptable business practice to steal money and never send the merchandise. I have contested and received a settlement with the bank, but others need to be warned.

I was also scammed by this woman.... I have a current file # with the State of North Carolina Department of Justice.

The owner of the company did respond back to the Dept of Justice when they recieved my complaint. She stated that she shipped the items, but they must have gotten lost. (Obviously untrue)

She did refund my money, but I think its because I took my complaint to the Department to Justice.
