I placed an order with Nal Grace bows for 1(ONE) headband for my daughter.  It's been nearly a month and I have yet to receive it.  I checked the status of my order and it still says ON ORDER.  I emailed them a few times with NO response back.  On the website it says it takes about 7 days to ship it, and if your orders large it may take a few extra days, but come one 1 headband shouldn't take over a month to make and ship.  I wish I looked for reviews about them before I ordered, glad it was only for one headband and not a bunch of things like others ordered.  If I'm not going to get my headband they should at least give me my money back.  I could have learned how to make them myself by now.  DO NOT ORDER FROM NALA GRACE BOWS!!!!!!  I should have known better since they didn't have a phone # or address listed.  Learned my lesson.

NalaGrace.com has officially been SHUTDOWN.  If you did not receive your merchandise, call your credit card company & tell them  you want to open a dispute because you never recieved your merchandise.
You WILL be issued a refund after about a week of the case being open unless she can prove that the merchandise was shipped.  It is as simple as that!!

The owner of Nala Grace did respond to the Dept of Justice regarding my complaint- Of course saying that it was shipped and must have gotten lost, although she also said I told her to cancel the order and a few other excuses as well. I did get my money back in the end :-)
