For the second year in a row my Namco pool has completelt collapsed. Namco will do nothing about it! Thay say it is winter damage! I say bullshit! I believe if you a re a New England company selling pools in New England and New York, they should be able to withsatnd a New England winter.

The truth is the purchase cheap crap from Asia and when the cheap crap fails they just blame you or the weather.

I know for a fact there are 100s of others every year in New England that get ripped of bu Namco. Namco will not even apologize for this crap they sell. Here I am still paying for a pool I cannot use!!
