My husband and I purchased a pool, pool steps and an umbrella from Namco.  Before we finalized the purchase I asked the question if the pool was in stock.  Sherry, the Rocky Hill store manager who rung our order up, checked the computer and assured me that the pool was in stock and that we would receive it in 7-10 days just like their sales flyer, TV advertisement and website states. 

My husband took down our old pool and prepared the area for the new installation.  We had all the arrangements made for the installation.  Well 7-10 days came & went and no pool was delivered.  I called the store to see what the problem was and they acted suprised that we didn't receive it. 

After several days of getting no answer I was told that it was Corporate's fault and that I should call their service manager, Andrea Dalessio at 860-649-3666 extension 1210 and that she would help me.  Andrea was very nice and said that she would call me back before the end of the day.  She never called me back!  I called Andrea thee additional times and left messages on her voice mail for several days and never got a return call. 

We still do not have the pool, steps and umbrella that we already paid for.  The people that were going to install the pool are now no longer available because we are way past when the pool should have been delivered and they have other commitments.  Nobody with Namco can tell me when my order will be delivered or even where my products are! They just tell me that the pool is not back ordered.  Well if the pool is not back ordered then why is it going on 20 days and we haven't received anything?

My advise to anyone considering on making a purchase at Namco is don't do it.  We went to Namco because of the Memorial Day special.  Our first pool was purchased from another company and it lasted 20 years.  We never had a problem with that other company.  We went to Namco because the price was better.  Well it may be better but we can't even get the products that we paid for!
