Namco Pool supplier Defective liner....without my knowledge they charged us 299.00 for a warranty Salem New Hampshire

 We purchased a pool that had a defective liner. Store said oh you have a warranty that you purchased that covers the manufacturer defect. Please call them and the can help you. So the first thing they say is the pool isn't even 90days old. I agreed this woman in turn calls Namco store and speaker with manager. Then the manager calls customer service. Says the woman in charge is working on it. The refuse to let us speak with the woman that can do anything for us. She is busy, out if the office, in a meeting ,we don't know what her hours are and so on and so on. Sounds like they may have a liner ordered for us but we have to either install it ourselves or pay the installer and then repay for pool water. The best part about the whole thing is they fraudulently charged us for a warranty. The assistant manager said our pool comes with a warranty. Never gave us any paperwork about it. Also on the write up sheet it shows everything that we are paying for but has no price next to the warranty. It appears she worked the warranty price into the price of the pool and filter package. I would ha e never paid 300.00 for a warranty. I never buy a warranty on anything. And funny thing is Namco and the warranty company are leaving us hanging.
