For years we've been going to (((REDACTED))) and we didn't know this place was a place to get hookers, we tough it was a family restaurant. This Pimp has a very elaborated business. He offers the sex workers at his restaurant and use a room he has in the second floor of the restaurant for the sex encounters. He told my daughter, she'(((REDACTED)))be working as a hostess, so she can be excuse during 'taking care of clients-sex' and waiters or waitresses will cover for her.

He said, other Russian and Moldovan hostesses been doing the same and now they have 'boyfriends ' helping them with rent, gifts, travel, money, etc. To make my daughter comfortable with the job, he told her daughters been making big bucks doing the same in Santa Monica and Orange City. After confronting this pimp, I went to authorities to press charges. This guy is expanding his business in our beloved city of Laguna Beach and my family tough it was a family business.

While investigating this guy, he had been messing up with: IRS, he's been audited in 2017 and received a fine for tax evation. He invested heavily in 2013-2015 in his sex business: buying clotres, shoes for sex workers. Leasing a Nissan GT to create his Pimp image and make connections with other low class people. He's been leasing expensive cars for him and his daughters to find high rollers as customers.

He is selling fake goods to his 'wealthy' Laguna Beach neighbors. The goods are made in Asian countries: Louis Vinton purses, Gucci shoes and purses, fake Roles watches, Chanel shoes, etc He doesn't declare his cash payments from (((REDACTED))) customers , he have a scheme going on by not reporting cash to his business income, his manager is in complicity.

He changed his Fictitious business name and secure his properties under a family trust to avoid liability payments for his restaurant due to an attack to his property in 2017. He also, hide his assets under (((REDACTED))) so his daughters can receive Federal Aid in studies, a benefit they didn't qualify for the previous years. He's been recruiting multiple sex workers in Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Los Angeles, Tijuana (Mexico), Playa del Carden (Mexico ).

He is laundering and investing his Pimp money in Tijuana, opening taxi businesses. He partnered in business with another Laguna Beach guy to sell VESPA scooters, it is a scam. This business is bringing replacement parts from China, and illegally reselling them to Europe saying the parts are manufactured in USA. He had opened a taxi service in Tijuana, Mexico to help in smuggling prescription drugs to USA by mules walking to USA. He has undocumented workers under his payroll for years working at his restaurant.

He is selling Viagra, Vicodin and other strong narcotics to his clients. He is selling wine boxes to his friends and customers and claiming as losses to pocket all the cash money. A previous American male employee initiate an investigation for wrongful termination, (((REDACTED))) settle the case with a $ 10,000 pay off to avoid exposure of illegal activities at his restaurant. He is traveling constantly to Mexico and Ecuador to create a network to transport and distribute drugs.

(((REDACTED))) business is endangering our community. All this claims are under investigation. My family is deeply hurt and my daughter terriblyou traumatized and now my baby decided to study out of state instead of attending UC San Diego because she is afraid of retaliation from this pimp.
