(((REDACTED))) FACTS DONT LIE! (((REDACTED))) IS DANGEROUS! BUSINESS IS BOOMING AT YOUR EXPENSE HOUSTON TEXAS! FACTS DON'T LIE! (((REDACTED))) IS DANGEROUS! BUSINESS IS BOOMING AT YOUR EXPENSE! PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA CHARGED WITH TRAFFIC OF DRUGS WHILE IN POSSESSION OF FIREARM WHILE COMMITTING A FELONY, FEBRUARY, 2004. PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA CHARGED AND ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC ABUSE BY STRANGULATION, MAY, 2006. OKLAHOMA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA ILLUSORY INTERVIEW KFOR JULY 2006 OKLAHOMA OKLAHOMA CITY -- There is a warning from a recent college graduate searching for a job in marketing and promotions. She believes an Oklahoma City-based company is misleading potential employees. After the job interview the young woman had some questions and started digging around. She didn't like what she found, but her digging made the company owner mad enough to threaten her. Tristan D** found a website, RipoffReport.com and it's postings about direct sales marketing groups like the one she'd just interviewed with in downtown Oklahoma City. Tristan says, "Everything was vague. [The interviewer] kept saying direct marketing, things like that and at the very end I said, "is this a sales job?' He said no, not a sales job at all. Later I found out it's a door-to-door sales job is what it is." That's not what she wanted. She felt mislead and posted her own opinions about her experience online. That's when she says the owner, (((REDACTED))), called her. Her husband Garrett called him back. "If he wanted to talk to my wife about something that she posted online then he needed to reply online and not call. He doesn't need to be using a resume he has on file to make vengeful phone calls," Garrett D** says. Then, Garret says, (((REDACTED))) threatened him. "Then he told me, I just want you to know, I'll be contacting a lawyer and filing a lawsuit for slander against your wife,'" Garrett says. NewsChannel 4 looked into (((REDACTED))) background and found out he may have already contacted a lawyer, but in a different case. It was after his arrest for domestic abuse by strangulation. The police report says sometime on May 29th, at an apartment, (((REDACTED))) grabbed his girlfriend by the throat and slammed her head against the fireplace mantle. NewsChannel 4 tried for nearly a week to contact (((REDACTED))), by phone, through e-mail, and even made a trip to his office downtown. He did call me once and left a message. I called back and left another message. However he hasn't returned my calls or e-mails since. FACTS DON'T LIE! STAY AWAY FROM HIM! HE HAS YOUR INFORMATION! THE NICE GUY IS A FRONT! IF YOU KNOW THIS BEFORE YOUR JOB INTERVIEW WOULD YOU ACCEPT THE JOB? (((REDACTED))) DOES NO CREDIT OR BACKGROUND INFORMATION CHECK! WHY? NOW YOU KNOW USA Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

to the guy sucking off cydcor

AUTHOR: Brett_Short - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 03, 2010
Corporate trainer?  you mean you were a leader.  I got promoted to leader after 3 days working under the IMS "campaign."  Leader doesn't mean anything.  Maybe you stayed in the company for 7 months cuz you bought into all the BS.  Your entire paragraph are full of your own hopes and dreams.  There are some dangerous people that worked for Cydcor.  I was good friends with some of them.  Maybe this guy did all that stuff.  I would be willing to bet on that he did

A little fact checking so you can get a clue

AUTHOR: A - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 21, 2010

To start I just want to clarify that there is a 90% chance that you currently work for(((REDACTED))) and Cydcor.  All of the current employees try to combat this website by saying they were ex employees with positive experiences so good try with that one.

Now to get the record straight, (((REDACTED)))is actually one of the few owners who makes very good money and is a very sharp guy.  I met him a few months ago at a conference and he's also a very nice guy who has a different mentality than most of the con-artist members of Cydcor.  However, bottom line is he is still Cydcor.  The guy probably profits around 6K a week, which is definitely good. His problem is he spits out the opportunity just like everybody else in Cydcor.  Sure Paul and a handful of managers make a decent buck, but the percentage of owners not losing money is about 30%, thus offices open and close like clockwork.

I do find it unfair that people are writing posts about his personal life cause you are correct, the guy isn't dangerous at all.  As far as Careerbuilder, Monster and Hotjobs doing a background check on him, that is entirely just not true.  He uses those sites through a contract he has with Cydcor, Cydcor buys in bulk through these websites and then takes any payments out of the wire the office receives at the end of the week.  Remember Cydcor has no risk at all since all illegal practices are through the independently owned ICL's.  The companies have strict rules about how you are allowed to post your ads on the sites and they have been known to suspend offices from posting if they dont' follow these rules.  The main point here is that even if all the legal issues were true above, Paul started way before Cydcor did any form of background checks and thus the websites never would have found out.

The evidence of the scam doesn't have to be specifically linked to Galleria Marketing, you can take your experience from any Cydcor office and apply it to the next office.   So you sir can get a clue about how Cydcor really works and get a life.  If you leave Cydcor soon, the last fictional paragraph you wrote about your supposed current career might actually have a shot of coming true.  Or you might get lucky and be one of the fortunate few who do make it in Cydcor... Good Luck!

Wanna get a clue?

AUTHOR: miss factual - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 19, 2010

I ran across these postings and could not stop laughing.  You people that throw around the term scam are so ignorant is frickin hilarious!  None of you have even worked or interview for this company.

I ACTUALLY used to work for Galleria Marketing. I was a Corporate Trainer for them for about 7 months in 2008. It was pretty nice.. it's a great location right off of the 610 Loop by the Galleria Mall. I made pretty good money (about 750/week) for it being my first job right out of college. I learned to manage a small team, enhanced on the marketing/sales training that I tooked from UH Excellence in Selling program.  We represented two different large fortune 500 clients. The campaign support and training were so intense. Sometimes I felt like I was back in school.. it was awesome!  The owner of Galleria Marketing sponsors the C.T. Bauer College of Business, Sales Excellence Institute.. He actually mentors a chunk of the students that enroll in the UH Excellence in Selling program each year.  Not only that but many colleges in Texas intern their students out to Galleria Marketing because their sales and leadership training is so extensive.  Do you really think major universities would put their students at risk?  COME ONE...

If he or the company was a "big scam or a killer" do you really think that CareerBuilder, Monster, and HotJobs would allow them to post ads on their sites.  These are MAJOR companies and they have to thoroughly check out the background of the companies they allow to post on their websites for liability purposes.

In my current job now I am one of the youngest in the sales department and I am ranked in the top 3 in our region. I actually went back to get a recommendation letter from the owner back in October 2009 for my enrollment into my Masters program. I would think that if this company was a scam the owner would keep a low profile. Seems weird that all these people post ridiculous accusations about someone theydo not know nor have met!  They have no real evidence that this company is a scam because no one has actually worked there.  Take it from me and the few others that have posted that HAVE worked there, this company is great organization.  If it were not for them giving me the chance to work for them, I would not be where I am today in my sales/marketing career.  Maybe you people, who havent even interviewed there, have no idea what direct marketing is and that's why you do not understand? ... Who knows, but most likely.  Get a clue and get a life.

(((NAME(S) REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / CYBERSTALKING / CYBERBULLYING / REVENGE POST))) is a scam artist, drug dealer, killer and abuser.

AUTHOR: Paulklugerisascam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 20, 2009

(((REDACTED))) has been called a scam artist, drug dealer, killer and abuser...and guess what, all of that is true. He is a scam artist. His company is a lie and everyone who works there or has worked there knows it. He was convicted of dealing ecstasy in Florida. He copped a deal and fled to Oklahoma, while his partner/partners in crime were left to serve jail time. I can't wait for them to get out and find his a*s. He killed a Florida student with a knife after the two of them got into a fight over a girl. He slammed his girlfriend's head in the fireplace mantle at her apartment in Oklahoma City. Shortly after that KFOR Channel 4 news did a story on him and revealed all this information. He ran to Houston. Guilty people don't run to a different city to set up shop to scam people in a new place. (((REDACTED))) IS A CROOK! AVOID HIM! DON'T APPLY TO WORK AT HIS BUSINESS!

Let's look at *FACTS* What are you trying to warn people of?

AUTHOR: Kmg Advocate - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 03, 2008

It is funny to me to read all these lies and ridiculous allegations about(((REDACTED))). As an ex-employee of this company that was affiliated with the organization as a whole for almost a year, I can tell you everything on this website is non-factual. Lets start with some FACTS: *They are contraced out ONLY by FORTUNE 500 companies to handle all of their Business to Business sales, direct marketing, and Consumer sales for them. Fortune 500 companies that contract out KMG/PMG and affiliates, include Staples/Quill, Innovative Merchant Solutions, Bell South, AT&T, Direct Energy, Moneris, Rogers Cable, Verizon, UPS, eBay, Monster.com, Yahoo Hot Jobs, Rogers Telecom, and I could keep naming a long list of other companies. Don't you think that Fortune 500 companies check out businesses and business owners before they allow them to represent their company and market their services? The Fortune 500's even send KMG their products, catalogs, sales flyers, coupon cards, and tax papers to run their marketing campaigns. I don't know about you but any intelligent person would know that Fortune 500 companies thoroughly investigate and compare companies who handle marketing before contracting out their campaign. They chose KMG/PMG and the reason why is because they were ranked No. 1 in client trust, vendor preference, operational vaule-add, end-to-end sales outsourcing vendor assessment, according to the Black Book Outsourced Sales Services Survey, produced by the Brown-Wilson Group, Inc. They conducted this survey on the top 56 outsourced providers. *As an ex-administrator of this company, I have talked to the client myself that contracts the direct marketing/outside sales to KMG/PMG. I have also handled payroll and have seen marketing reps make well over $1,500.00 in a week. In my first 7 months of working at KMG/PMG, I saw 6 people get promoted to management. *The key to getting promoted to management is following the system that is taught, being AMBITIOUS, OUTGOING, DETERMINED, and DRIVEN. Not everyone can do this type of business. You can't be lazy and expect someone to hand you an opportunity or a business without some elbow grease. *KMG/PMG is a company and organization based on integrity, honesty, opportunity, dreams, and teamwork. In life, you have to make your own success and determine your own destiny. If you see an opportunity, take it and run with it. That is exactly what KMG/PMG is about. They hand you an opportunity and the only thing you have to do is put in the hard work for yourself and do what is necessary to reach your goals and dreams. *I have worked alongside (((REDACTED))) and I can promise you that he is NOT dangerous whatsoever. Whenever I read all these lies I can't help but laugh because Paul is like no other boss that I have ever had. He is always willing to help, always motivating you and keeping you focused on your dreams and how to reach them. I have never met a person that has so much integrity, that is so honest, and so goal-oriented and motivating as Paul. Paul is the most non-violent person. He was always calm, happy-go-lucky and enthusiastic. It is hard for me to believe that he is "dangerous" after working alongside him for just under a year and as his administrator being one of the closest people to him in running his company. Dangerous he is NOT. *I have been to organization functions such as, national conferences, leaders meetings, and have been to other offices across the country. I would think that if this company is such a "scam" that there would not be 200+ offices across North America and Canada. I have met Organizational Consultants that have been in the organization for 10-20 years. The Chairman of the board for the company is David Pottruck (who is the former President and CEO of the multi-billion-dollar investment company Charles Schwab and is also a current professor at the esteemed Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania), do you think he would associate himself with a company that is such a scam? *Be intelligent and not believe everything that you read on the internet. Go in and introduce yourself to the company and make your own judgement. *If you look up AT&T, YMCA, Wal-Mart, and other major companies on this website, you will see that ignorant individuals have written allegations that these major companies are scams as well. *Conclusion -- KMG/PMG is not a scam and Paul is not the devil in disguise. But this type of business is not for everyone. The ones that can't do it feel it is a scam b/c they don't want to admit that they are lazy and maybe see that it was themselves and not the company. It takes hard work, ambition, drive, determination, and definitely motivation.

***Let's Look At Facts Before Believing Lies***

AUTHOR: Rose - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 12, 2008

It is funny to me to read all these lies and ridiculous allegations about (((REDACTED))). As an ex-employee who worked with this organization for almost 2 years, I can tell you everything on this website is non-factional. Let's start with some FACTS: *They are contracted out ONLY by FORTUNE 500 companies to handle all of their Business to Business sales, direct marketing, and Consumer sales. Fortune 500 companies that contract out KMG and other companies who are affiliated with KMG, include Staples/Quill, Innovative Merchant Solutions (Quicken/Quick Books), Bell South, AT&T, Direct Energy, Verizon, UPS, eBay, Monster.com, Yahoo Hotjobs, and I could keep naming other giant corporations. Don't you think that Fortune 500 companies check out businesses and their executives before they allow them to represent their company and marketing, putting their reputation on the line? The Fortune 500's even send KMG their products, catalogs, sales flyers, coupon cards, and tax papers to run their marketing campaigns. I don't know about you but any intelligent person would know that Fortune 500 companies thoroughly investigate and compare companies before awarding a contract to use their name and represent them. They chose KMG/PMG and the reason why is because their company was ranked No. 1 in client trust, vendor preference, and operational value-add, end-to-end sales outsourcing vendor assessment, according to the Black Book Outsourced Sales Services Survey, produced by the Brown-Wilson Group, Inc. They conducted this survey on the top 56 outsourced providers. *As an ex-administrator of this company, I was in the office all day. I have talked to the client myself that contracts the direct marketing/outside sales to KMG/PMG. I have also handled payroll and have seen marketing reps make well over $1,500.00 in a week. In my first 7 months of working at KMG/PMG, I saw many people get promoted to executive management. *The key to getting promoted to management is following the system that is taught, being AMBITIOUS, OUTGOING, and DRIVEN. Not everyone can do this type of business, not everyone is meant to be an executive. It takes a special individual. As a top recruiter and administrator for PMG/KMG, my job was to find the few individuals that wanted to open and run their own office. I have seen how much money is POSSIBLE in this type of industry and organization and it is NOT a scam. You just can't be lazy and expect someone to hand you an opportunity or a business. *KMG/PMG is a company and organization based on integrity, honesty, opportunity, dreams, and teamwork. My uncle owns a multi-million dollar real estate company and he always told me that there is nothing like owning your own business and he stressed how much elbow grease it takes. I am the type of person that believes you have to make your own success in life and you determine your own destiny. If you see an opportunity, take it and run with it. That is exactly what KMG/PMG is all about. They hand you an opportunity and the only thing that is asked is that you put in the hard work for yourself and do what is necessary to reach your dreams. I don't think that is asking very much. *I have worked alongside Paul Kluger, and I can promise you that he is NOT dangerous whatsoever. Whenever I read all these lies I can't help but laugh because Paul is like no other boss that I have ever had. He is always willing to help, always motivating you and keeping you focused on your dreams and how to reach them. I have never met a person that has so much integrity, that is honest, and goal-oriented as Paul. He was always calm, happy-go-lucky and enthusiastic. *I have been to national conferences, Leaders Meetings, been to other offices in the area. I would think that if this company is such a "scam" that there would not be 200+ offices across North America and Canada. I have met Organizational Consultants that have been in the organization for 10-20 years. The Chairman of the board for all of the offices is David Pottruck, who is the former President and CEO of the multi-billion-dollar investment company Charles Schwab and a current professor at the esteemed Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Do you think he would associate himself with a company that is a scam? *So let's be intelligent people and not believe everything that we read on the internet. Make your own intelligent decision. If you look up AT&T, YMCA, Wal-Mart, and other major companies on this website, you will see that ignorant individuals have written allegations that these major companies are scams as well. *Conclusion -- KMG/PMG is not a scam and Paul is not the devil in disguise. But this type of business is not for everyone and not everyone can do it. The ones that can't do it feel it necessary to find a scapegoat.
