This ranch has officially gone legal but the way owner acquired all of her equipment was completely illegal. When (((REDACTED))) first decided to start growing marijuana she partnered up with an individual. (he's choosing to remain anonymous for now we'll call him TJ) This guy agreed to provide all of the equipment for the operation free of charge. He paid for everything there under the agreement that they would split half of the product/profits. A few months into it (((REDACTED))) decided to simply kick this poorguy off the property and told him he could never return. After that she was now receiving 100% profits and got a $300,000 turn key operation for free! Likely the biggest scam of her lifelong career. You might ask... What on earth cost 300K? Several top of line dehumidifiers, construction/materials for greenhouses & raised beds, 100s of yards of premium soil, several 55 gallon drums of premium concentrated nutrients, also a large number of other nutrients, beneficial bacterias, insecticides, clone gear, several 1000w lights for the indoor nursery, top of line irrigation, LARGE water tanks, labor, labor and more labor, trimmers you name it, it was there and this guy paid for all of it! (((REDACTED))) invested 0 dollars, she got to sit back and just be the owner that gets a cut. TJ set the place up really nice. Pretty much anything you could think of that would be needed at a commercial cannabis farm was there. Truly a giant Turn Key Operation that could produce serious numbers. (i won't get into that even though it is permitted and legal)
I met (((REDACTED))) through TJ, if (((REDACTED))) is good at anything (other than polo and scamming, she's an awful grower) she's an expert on turning people against each other. I don't know where she learned this but she is very good at it. Now by pure coincidence (((REDACTED))) decided to fire TJ within just a few days of working there. She made this big story about how TJ didn't pay his crew before and that she was going to ban him from the property because of it. Unfortunately I took her story to heart without realizing exactly what she had done. (i was unaware that TJ had paid for the whole operation at the time) Later on I got back in touch with TJ and he proved to me without any doubt that he had in fact funded everything. He showed me a large amount of receipts that verified he had paid for everything there that was related to cannabis. I even double checked the serial numbers on the dehumidifier to make sure he was telling the truth. He was, the dehumidifiers serial # in (((REDACTED))) dry rooms matched the ones on the receipt. (((REDACTED))) also tried to tell me that she made TJ a website and he owed her $, I know that isn't true because he doesn't have a website. She wanted $ for unfinished work. She did the same thing to this poor young man in the link provided, charged him for unfinished work. (((REDACTED)))
(((REDACTED))) is used to scamming people in the corporate world, and I guess thats what leads her to believe she can get away with this without something like this happening. I know she's bent the laws of NY in any way she could. Luckily I decided it would be a good idea to create this forum so that stories like this can finally come to light. (((REDACTED))) is a somewhat famous polo player, and designer and the internet mostly portrays her as being a good person, however her true colors showed when i found a report on the website RipOffReport.com By simply googling her name. It warms my soul that this story will now come to light simply by a google search.
I've decided to bring my own separate disupte with (((REDACTED))), public. I didn't get burned as bad as TJ but they did still screw me over very badly. I was one of her employees at her ranch known as (((REDACTED))) California. I was promised a salary, and also a bonus at the end of the year. I worked for her for several months. At first things were pretty smooth sailing, eventually work at the ranch got very busy. I hired another employee to help with all of the farm work but we still needed several more employees. With me being on salary (No hours) that led to me working 12+ hours a day everyday without a single day off for several months! (totally illegal in the US) My other employee was hourly and ended up racking up several hundred hours.
Once (((REDACTED))) realized how many hours my employee had she decided it would be easier to just fire him and not pay him. That's right, she owe's this individual nearly $7,000 and it's been about 9 months with still no pay. After losing my employee I was stuck doing 5 men's work all alone. I was worked into the ground, and (((REDACTED))) would freak out on me if I even decided to get any sleep!!! She's truly a monster, and a very nasty woman to work for.
Eventually (((REDACTED))) decided to fire me, and in the process she turned 6 of my own trimmers (that I loved dearly) against me and kept them all while leaving me out in the cold. During the last 4 weeks I recieved 0 pay so I'm still owed over $4,000 for salary. I was also told I'd be getting a bonus from $10,00 to $50,000 and received nothing. Now the worst part of all of this...I had a 5th Wheel parked on the ranch THAT I PAID FOR and i was kicked off the ranch by the foreman and was only aloud to retrieve a handful of items. ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS WAS STILL WORKING THERE AND INFORMED ME THAT (((REDACTED))) BROKE INTO MY CAMPER AND DUG THROUGH ALL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS TO TRY AND PIECE TOGETHER KEY INFORMATION I HAD IN A JOURNAL. I've never felt so violated in my entire life. Here we have a lady that plays polo & drives a porsche yet she has no problem burglarizing a young man's home. Truly unbelievable, I sure hope that (((REDACTED))) sees enough lawsuits to have the county deny her request to legally grow cannabis on her ranch. I'm owed serious reperations here and I would also like the whole world to know what she did to me.
If anyone is thinking of working at (((REDACTED))) pot farm in (((REDACTED))) I would advise you to not proceed at all. If you do go through with it in hope to gain some knowledge/experince you're also likely to be out of luck (((REDACTED))) thinks she knows how to farm but in reality she doesn't have a clue how to grow cannabis. She has some cheap laborers there that know a thing or two but she's still lacking a grower that actually has real greenhouses experience and big farming experience. Commercial industrial farming is much different than growing a few plants in your closet, the ability to see the big picture isn't easy. Not every grower can even see the big picture regardless of experience. True wisdom and intelligence is needed for someone to run a big farm. (((REDACTED))) is so cheap she doesn't have that, so don't expect some great apprentice. He or She is not at (((REDACTED))).
Basically (((REDACTED))) is among one of most diabolic people in the industry, I would hope there aren't others in the industry that are this bad. Her husband is also not to be trusted. Hopefully this will steer anyone away that is thinking about working for her. I have some friends that are still planning on working for her, I've tried to warm them but they won't listen. They're just in awe about all of the cannabis, these guys are amateur closet growers that aren't worried about being behind on payments. Very sad, they will probably have to learn the hard way unfortunately.
