 I was recently contacted by this individual about an unbelievable opportunity. First and last time that happened unfortunately I did not check ripoff report first and ended up in a sticky situation. I'm just glad I checked first this time. Thank u rip off report. 

ok lady who claims he is great guy.. Where is His website, or anything else on him.. IF he is a serious business person he would be verifiable online as well as in person.; What happend with the models he was suppose to HIRE to do a job that never happend. WHY did he ask women to come to his home??? 

Why is it that EVERYTHING HE CLAIMS he can do.. HE HAS NEVER PROVED IT!???   IF he is broker WHY Is he NOT registred with The SEC????   The bottom line is everything that comes out of his month is a LIE! Plain and simple.. 

and if its NOT AND!!! you Know him so much.. Please provide proof!  Where is his website, office number, etc etc proof of any COMMUNITY he has helped.. references.. REAL Proffessionals always have proof and references of dealings and business they have conducted...  and WHY does he place ads for models for JOBS but NEVER DELIEVER... WHY??? BECAUSE HE IS A SCUM BAG SCAMMER

There.. no bad words... just FACTS!!

I was surprised to read about the aforementioned person in question,(((REDACTED)))  I have worked with this gentleman personally and have not seen any proof of such claims as stated above.

To begin, those who complained used profanity, name calling, and categorized him in the wrong way.  This man is a well known developer of over 20 years, has very real relationships with many upstanding members of the community (he is also an upstanding member of the community and is highly respected, I have seen this first hand), and has a true heart for the beautification of urban neighborhoods, helping those in need, etc. 

I have worked with him direclty and there has been NOTHING I have seen in which to validate these claims.  I was not asked to do anything illegal, nor did I see anything illegal, there were no drugs involved, etc.  He is a GENTLEMAN who is working very hard to make a positive difference in the lives of others: the area's youth, underserved populations, etc.  He has a big heart for providing proper housing to everyone regardless of their socio-economic status, and is working very hard to ensure this takes place.

Regarding the comments about (((REDACTED))) having "no money," it is sad because those who wrote this seem ignorant about the processes and procedures involved in urban development.  If he has "no money" it is likely because he is working with grantors - and would NEVER give said money to ANYONE but the COMMUNITY and the specific intentions/ projects for which any grants or investments may have been provided.  Why would this man give anyone cash if it isn't ethical?  I certainly would not. 

Sounds to me like there are some angry females out there trying to get a hold of what they think (((REDACTED)))has: a whole lot of MONEY.  They think he's ridiculosuly rich - and whether or not he is - I would suspect that he's using any monies for the ongoing projects he's commmitted to that will enrich the lives of others.  He seems to be a selfless man who authentically wants to help better the community.

Also - upon reading the rules for RipOffReport.com I was shocked that those who've made such horrific, derogatory accusations against this man's character did not follow this site's guidelines, which I've copied and pasted below:

His rights as stated above have all been violated.  The profanity, obcenity, false statements, providing the man's personal phone number online?!  ALL OF THIS VIOLATES RIPOFF REPORT'S TERMS OF SERVICE and I believe these rants should be REMOVED immedatiely gven the writers' violations of this site's rules and regulations.  If someone did that to me I would expect the same.

Thank you for listening.  Make your own decisions - but do not let others who may be out to harm or ruin (((REDACTED))) personal and professional reputation for what seems to be self serving purposes sway your judgment.  I didn't allow them to when I first read these reports - and as it turns out, my intuition has been right.  He is nothing of the businessman these reports have stated; he is in fact quite the opposite.  I am apalled by such statements and it is a shame that simply anyone can get on here and say anything they want and practically assualt the integrity of another human being. 

I was recently contacted by (((REDACTED))) he said he wanted to invest in me I didn't have to dance anymore, I believe he got my info off BSWW.he wants me to travel to Pittsburg from Philadelphia. He said he would give me some VIP jobs, he had an attorney on site.He also said he would write a 3000-5,000 check he could even invest 50,000 into me

I am glad I wrote this, because if I can save people fom this scum bag I am happy I was able to help!!

He is a LIAR.. He doesnt have any money and never did.. so yes Please warn everyone STAY AWAY FROM (((REDACTED))).. Dont give him your personal info, bank info nothing or you will be sorry..

one of these days the authorities will catch up with him.. to stop him from praying on innocent people who really need help.. He should be a shame. of himself....

I'm the owner of several upscale VIP Boutiques,I've been in business for 24years. I'm opening two New Boutiques this year and I'm giving a few VIP promotional events and I would like to hire you as a featured dancer. Compensation $800-$1500 hr plus expenses, so if Interested please send two resent pictures and contact me directly (((REDACTED))) thank you. This isn't Spam.

It sounds legit but when i looked up the company he gave me it didnt match with what he said & then I looked uphis name & saw several scam reports on his name. If this is the same person here is his current information !

 I just want to thank the person who made the initial report against (((REDACTED))) because he called me today offering me some type of financial assistance for my church.  I am in the process of trying to start a homeless shelter in La Mesa Ca and am in need of large sums of money to help get the homeless off the streets and get medical attention.  So when I got the call I was kinda excited. 

(((REDACTED))) talked really fast and sounded very confident, however I am a very cautious person anyway.  He wanted me to talk to his attorney but I didn't have the time.  I told him to send me some information by way of email so I could see what he was all about.  As of yet I have not rec'd that email.  At the end of the conversation with him I told him that I would be googling him.  I guess that is probably why I have not got that email.
