(((REDACTED))) purchased a home located at (((REDACTED))) and then nearly simultaneously purchased another home on (((REDACTED))), Ca., and within the loan applications claimed to be Owner Occupying BOTH properties. This is a delineation of her crimes:

04/28/2006 Purchase Lamont $551,600 owner occupied loan Kathleen NEVER lived in this home
11/30/2006 Cash Out Refinance Lamont $564,000 owner occupied loan claimed owner occupancy
11/30/2006 Cash Out Refinance Lamont $70,500 owner occupied Second loan claimed owner occupancy
12/04/2006 Cashed Out Breezewood $712,000 new loan, owner occupancy claimed in loan docs
02/28/2007 Cashed Out Breezewood $125,000 new Second Loan, owner occupancy claimed in loan docs
She has a partnership and purchased Hawaii property during the above time frame with her partner (((REDACTED)))through (((REDACTED))), during this same time period once again using stated, owner occupied loans, and for nearly $1 million dollars! This is a person that makes over $10,000 monthly.
Notice the overlap in the dates? This is called (((REDACTED))). (((REDACTED)))loans were modified by the bank but she refused to pay. Now lets see if the debt forgiveness makes it onto the tax return as debt forgiven income. (((REDACTED)))
