Nancy Henry Again Zero Payment For Services Rendered Austin Texas

Nancy Henry replied to my Craigslist ad as well and I too have not received a penny for my services. This ad being for a mathematics tutor. On Sep 4 I went to her house for a lesson but instead we talked for an hour and a half and she told me "you will get paid." and we agreed she would pay me at the end of each week.

On Sep 5 I did tutor her son for an hour and a half. On Sep 6 I showed up for another lesson only to get cancelled on upon entering the door and I again heard the words "you will get paid." On Sep 11 another last second cancellation was followed by "you will get paid.". On Sep 17 I tutored her son again for an hour and a half expecting to be paid for that day and all previous days but received nothing.

On Sep 18 she cancelled again and then asked if I had paypal which of course I do. Oct 1 comes along and I had received nothing. She says "I get aid this week had a delay my apologies.". Oct 10 comes along and I had received nothing. She asks if I have venmo when we all know paypal and venmo are the same d**n thing. Her last message on Oct 10 was "I can pay tonight at work.".

On Oct 11 I get a text "my daughter is very ill I'm sorry my distraction it will be paid." followed by "I'll be back in Austin on Friday and I will pay." On Oct 15 I get asked for an invoice on the lessons and she says "this will be resolved on Monday.".

On Oct 16, in the ultimate show of disrespect, she asks for my bank routing number and account number so she can make an ACH bill pay. It's Dec 12 and I have not received one penny. Could I make up a character this pathetic? The answer is no.
