My story is almost exactly like the other one I read on here about Nancy Richards Dog Institute but I never got an address or phone number at all. I've emailed several times with requests for a refund, all to no avail. I've received no response over the past three weeks whatsoever.
The ad I responded to was for Cairn Terrier obedience training. As stated in the other complaint, I too, found no useful information or anything that was promised. I have, however, been completely bombarded with advertisements for the exact information I paid Nancy Richards for!
She promises a "no questions asked" 120 day refund but does not honor it.
