Trying to find out just how to get the refund is another thing. After more than a month and several emails, I finally received a short, curt response stating "Please click the following link to visit our FAQ page : http://www.trainpetdog.com/faq.html
Go to Miscellaneous Section (Q5) to know about our
refund procedure."

So, this company also has multiple websites it operates through!

Proceeding with that information from that email I learned that the written response is through the mail, not email. But, first, you have to request that mailing address through an email to: address@dogtraininginstitute.com.

The email with the mailing addressed arrived and it is:

So much for thinking your doing business with a company in Los Angelos, CA!

The email also states that the letter sent to the above address "you are requested to write the reason for the refund."

So much for what they say in the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee refund when the purchase was made.

Their claim of a prices increase soon has been there for months. Yet, most times there is pop up for an even bigger discount in price because you were 'select' for an additional saves. I received that pop-up most every time I've gone through the website.
